Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be accepted if the order has not been prepared or dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or of concern, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos and your order number.

We will assess the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
